Tragic Loss of Malayalam TV Actress Dr. Priya and Renjusha Menon: Heartbreak Strikes the Industry

Telugu Flash News

Malayalam TV actress Dr. Priya, aged 35 and eight months pregnant, tragically passed away due to a heart attack, just two days following the untimely demise of actress Renjusha Menon. Dr. Priya had recently undergone a routine pregnancy check-up at a private hospital prior to her heart attack. Her newborn baby is currently receiving care in the intensive care unit.

Actor Kishor Satya shared this devastating news with her fans on his social media accounts, lamenting the unexpected loss within the Malayalam television industry. He wrote, “Another heart-wrenching loss in the Malayalam television community as Dr. Priya succumbed to a cardiac arrest. She was in the eighth month of her pregnancy, and her baby is now in the ICU. There were no other underlying health issues.”

The grief-stricken mother, who has lost her only daughter, and the devastated husband, who had stood by Priya’s side for the past six months, are facing unimaginable pain. Kishor Satya expressed the difficulty of finding words to console them and questioned why innocent believers had to endure such cruelty from God.

Dr. Priya had been a prominent figure in Malayalam television, particularly known for her role in ‘Karuthamuthu.’ She had taken a hiatus from acting after her marriage and was pursuing a medical career. Reports indicate that she was working at PRS Hospital in Thiruvananthapuram while pursuing an MD degree.

This tragedy follows the recent loss of popular Malayalam TV and film actress Renjusha Menon, who was found deceased in her Thiruvananthapuram apartment at the age of 35. She was found hanging, and it was suggested that financial troubles may have played a role in her passing.
