Minister K.T. Rama Rao envisions the transformation of Hyderabad into a global city akin to Beijing, known for its five concentric ring roads. During a meeting organized by the Telangana Builders Federation, he unveiled plans for the development of a 332-kilometer Regional Ring Road (RRR) that will connect the Inner Ring Road (IRR) and Outer Ring Road (ORR).
Emphasizing the significance of the Regional Ring Road, Minister K.T. Rama Rao projected its impact on 40% of the state’s population, linking 20 towns with National Highways. He highlighted the achievements of the BRS party, attributing Hyderabad’s remarkable transformation within a mere 6.5 years under their governance despite challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Taking a dig at the Congress party, K.T. Rama Rao remarked that they fail to grasp the importance of Hyderabad and its real estate. He contrasted their goals, stating, “Rahul Gandhi and Congress want to win Telangana, but we aim to see Telangana emerge victorious.”
Addressing agricultural concerns, the Minister expressed confidence in the well-being of Telangana’s farmers, noting the increased land value and asserting, “Today, any farmer in Telangana will say that even if something happens to him, my family will be fine. We all should contemplate the significant rise in land value.”
